Sudo implementation

How it would work:

• an app makes a request via api.xhr, and api.xhr gets a 7 back
• api.xhr then shows a dialog asking the user to type in their password
• once authentication is done, api.xhr re-attempts the request and passes the response back to the app.

After the user is authed, they can preform administrative functions for X minutes. Also, the user would need core.sudo permissions to do this.
